Relocation Director, Kathy Mardiros, brings over 35 years of real estate and relocation experience to Legacy Real Estate & Associates. During this time she has helped numerous people relocate into and out of the San Francisco Bay Area. Her depth of knowledge of Bay Area communities will help make the transition into the area as seamless as possible.

Kathy maintains her Certified Relocation Professional designation from Worldwide ERC having maintained the designation for 20 years and has been a frequent speaker at local, state and national meetings.  Kathy also has her RELO Certified Coordinator designation from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World.  She is a licensed California Real Estate Broker. 

When asked about her family, Kathy likes to say she is married to Dale and has two children both with four legs – Turner who barks and Colby who neighs!

Kathy’s goal at Legacy is to provide the best experience possible for anyone moving into or out of the Bay Area whether they are moving under a corporate relocation program or on their own.
